Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If we have sent you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We may ask you to return the mis-sent item at our expense.
If a product has a major problem, you can ask for a replacement or a refund. It is at our discretion whether we provide you with a replacement or a refund.
We do not offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind.
This policy is in accordance with Australian consumer law, as set out by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission.
