Description
This is a set of 50 coins for use with board games. We have studied dozens of popular board games, and created this ideal mix of denominations.
The coins are all from our King's Ransom range, with themes of European ships and sovereigns. They're perfect for use in Renaissance-era trading and settling board games.
The set contains coins in three different denominations, each with a different antique finish, packed in a red velvet bag:
- 25 x 1-Copper coins (18 mm diameter)
- 15 x 5-Silver coins (22 mm diameter)
- 10 x 20-Gold coins (26.5 mm diameter)
(If you need higher values for a particular game, the set combines perfectly with any of the higher value gold coins from the King's Ransom range.)
The denominations are displayed in small numbers on one side of each coin, allowing you to easily give them different values from game to game if required. The different finishes, shapes and sizes also make each coin type very distinct.
These coins were designed by Australian artist Lee Smith and have a feel of aged Spanish treasure, with worn edges. The King's Ransom range has fantastic depth of 3D elements, giving them strong visual appeal. Please note that these coins do not stack flat, as the raised 3D is higher than the rim of each coin.
